Tucked beneath the Meriton Infinity tower, Ad Infinitum is a neighbourhood cafe for specialty Merlo coffee, hand-built grazing boards and unhurried Brisbane brunches, seven days a week.
Ad Infinitum opened on Herschel Street as a simple idea, great coffee, honest food, and a room that feels like someone's kitchen. The name means without end, and that's how we think about hospitality: not a transaction, but a thread you keep pulling on.
We roast with Merlo, brew with Rabbit Hole Tea, and build grazing boards around whatever the local producers are proud of that week. The kitchen is small. The coffee queue is longer than we'd like. Both are good problems.

We're on the ground floor of the Meriton Infinity Building at 43 Herschel Street, Brisbane CBD. Roma Street Station is a two-minute walk, and the cafe sits street-level on Herschel between North Quay and George Street.
Monday to Friday 6:00am, 2:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 7:00am, 1:00pm. Kitchen closes about 15 minutes before the cafe does.
Yes, guests at Meriton Suites Herschel Street can order directly from our in-room dining menu. It's essentially our breakfast menu delivered to your suite during café hours.
